Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Sarha, we want you to fall in love with every saree you order. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled on the same day of purchase by contacting us at sarha.digital@yashaammfashions.com/ +91 8422014618

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

All returns will be inspected before processing. If the item shows signs of wear, alterations, or damage, we may decline the request.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a saree that is damaged or defective, please report it to our customer care team on the same day of receipt at DM or call at our customer care : +91 8422014618

Once reviewed and approved, the return will be processed after the item has been checked and confirmed at our end.
Mismatch or Not As Expected

If the saree you receive does not match the product shown on our website or is not as expected, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.

After reviewing your concern, our team will decide the best resolution (exchange, return, or refund).
Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

If it’s a change of mind or size mismatch, return/exchange is still possible, but the one-way shipping charges (return) will be deducted.

Pack the saree securely in its original packaging. Hand it over to the courier when the pickup is arranged.
